Have you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order? No problem! We have a simple solution for this that requires less paper than usual.
How do I get a return label?
Very easy. Log in to our shop using the email address you provided when placing your order. To register, you will be sent a six-digit code by email.
Then click on the order for which you would like to request a return. Click on "Request a return", state the reason for your return - done.
We will now check the return and you will receive a return label to the email address provided within a short period of time. By using the returns function via the customer account, you agree to your data being passed on to DHL to process the return.
And then what?
You will now receive a returns label by email within about a day. Please note the return period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
You can either print out the label from the email yourself, stick it on the package and give it to a DHL branch or to a DHL drop-off point
or you can have the label printed by DHL in a branch or drop-off point. There will be a QR code in the email you receive from DHL that you must show. (All steps are explained in detail in the email)
